Overview
The Email Distribution Lists integrations allows non-Rhombus users to receive device notifications to their email.
Setup
1. Log in to the Rhombus Console, navigate to "Settings," and click "Third Party Integrations."
2. Click the "Incident Management" dropdown menu, and select "Email Distribution Lists."
3. Click the toggle to enable the integration.
4. To add individual emails, enter an email address in the email address field, and click "Add." Alternatively, to add multiple emails, click "Bulk Add Emails." When clicked, a pop-up will appear prompting you to upload a .csv file with a list of the desired email addresses.
5. Click the "Download Template" button to view an example format. Follow the provided format to add multiple email addresses to the distribution list. Click "Upload" when finished.
6. Once all the desired email addresses have been added to the distribution list, click "Save" in the upper right corner to complete the setup.
