DICE Matrix Console Integration

MATRIX INTERACTIVE's video monitoring, alarm monitoring, and event management software utilize today’s newest technologies to provide an innovative, interactive, unified platform that offers much more than basic security monitoring.

Rhombus has developed a native integration that's easy to set up and utilize in the Rhombus Console, allowing you to connect to the monitoring center of your choice easily.

Set Up the DICE Matrix Integration

To set up the DICE Matrix integration, your Rhombus user account must have the proper permissions to access the integrations section of the Rhombus Console and the ability to view and manage the cameras you'd like to be monitored. 

Note: This integration can only be set up from your desktop browser.

Activating and Generating Camera Streams

1. Log in to the Rhombus Console, navigate to "Settings," and click "Third Party Integrations."

2. Click the "Incident Management" dropdown menu, and select "DICE Corporation."

3. Enable the integration by clicking the toggle.

4. Select which cameras you would like to be monitored using the "Select Cameras" dropdown.

5. Once you've selected the desired cameras, click the "Create Shared Stream" button on the right.

6. Use the "Copy Link" button next to each stream to share camera streams with your monitoring partner. 

Note: The "Copy Link" button will only copy the code required to provide to your monitoring partner.

Deactivating and Disconnecting Camera Streams

1. To deactivate and disconnect your DICE integration within the Rhombus Console, navigate to "Settings," click "Third Party integrations," click the "Incident Management" dropdown and select "DICE Corporation."

2. Turn off the toggle to disable the integration.
