Navigation
Web Console
1. Search in the search bar (Magnifying glass) in the top right.
OR
1. Click the "Devices" tab.
2. Click the tab across the top that corresponds to the device type you are looking for.
3. Click the device of interest, filter by location or status, or use the search field.
4. Settings and Details will be at the bottom of the main device page.
Mobile App
To find the device settings for a device in the Rhombus Mobile App:
1. Tap the "Devices" tab at the bottom and select the type of device you want to view.
2. Tap a device or filter to find a device.
3. Tap the video player, then tap the settings gear to bring up the "Settings and Details" page for the device.
Device Settings & Details
In general, the information in Settings & Details will be the same for different types of devices, though the presentation may have some differences. For non-camera devices, you can associate a camera feed in the "Settings & Details" section. The following examples have been taken from a camera.
Manage Rules
Rules engine can be used for individual devices. To add a rule, click "Manage Rules."
General Device Info
This first section shows a device's serial number, MAC Address, firmware and storage information.
Maps
This section shows the device's placement on the map and allows you to refine the placement. You can also toggle between a regular map and a heatmap.
Device Details
In this section, there is more detail about the device, including name, location, assigned policy, and the ability to manage the Licenses and Features associated with the device. All of this information is editable with the correct roles and permissions.
Device Actions
This section covers actions that can be taken for the specific device. This is where a shared stream can be added or viewed. The device can be rebooted from this section and unregistered.
More Details Section
For more details on the device, click the "More Details" dropdown menu. This section contains more details about the device. If there is an available firmware update, you can initiate it from this section. You can also select and view any secure raw streams that have been created.

Historical Data
The "Historical Data" tab for cameras shows key reports specific to the camera. Depending on features enabled, not all of these reports may be available for a given device.

Alerts
The "Alerts" section displays all recent alerts for a device. You can view, delete, save a clip, or share alerts from a specific device on this page. Alerts are created when an alert policy is assigned to a camera. To learn more, visit the Creating and Assigning Alert Policies article.
On Device Information
Each Rhombus device has a serial number, model type, and unique MAC address. This information can be found on both the physical device and within the Rhombus Console. Information on the physical device is found on the bottom.
