Overview

When connecting PTZ-compatible third party cameras to the Rhombus Console, PTZ controls may not be immediately available. Certain criteria must be met to access and utilize PTZ controls within the Rhombus Console.

Requirements

• ONVIF compliant third party camera
• PTZ controls must communicate over port 80 or port 443
• PTZ login credentials must be entered when adding the third party camera
