Overview
The Rhombus Dashboard can be customized to provide quick access to the information and tools most relevant to you. By adding, removing, rearranging, and configuring dashlets, you can personalize the dashboard with camera feeds, video walls, reports, broadcast controls, and other available features. This article explains how to customize your dashboard and manage the settings available for different dashlet types.
Dashboard Layout and Setup
| 1. Log in to the Rhombus Console, then click "Customize Dashboard" in the upper-right corner of the "Dashboard" page. |

| 2. Click the dropdown menu to view the available dashlets. Select the type of dashlet you want to add, then click "Add Dashlet." |

| 3. To rearrange dashlets, hover over the dashlet title, then click and drag it to the desired location. |
|
|
| 4. To remove a dashlet, click the trash can icon in the upper-right corner. |
|
|
| 5. To return the dashboard to its default layout, click "Reset to Default." |
|
|
| 6. When you are finished making changes, click "Save." |
Reports
The "Reports" dashlet allows you to select which reports to display and rearrange them as desired.
Occupancy Check
The "Occupancy Check" dashlet provides a quick estimate of occupancy detected by a specific camera within a selected time window.
Video Wall
The "Video Wall" dashlet allows you to select a video wall to display. To display a different video wall, click "Swap Video Wall," then select one from the available options. To display multiple video walls, add a separate Video Wall dashlet for each one.
Camera Feeds
Camera Feeds Half Panel - Rearrange camera feeds by selecting the six-dot icon, then dragging and dropping each feed into the desired position. To remove a feed, click the trash can icon. This dashlet supports up to four camera feeds.
Camera Feeds Full Panel - Provides the same functionality as the Camera Feeds Half Panel but supports up to ten camera feeds.
Broadcast
The "Broadcast" dashlet allows you to broadcast your voice live, play a prerecorded voice message, or play a saved audio file from the Rhombus Console through selected A100s.
Envoy
For Envoy Guest Management, select to show guest schedules and/or package status.
Alarm Monitoring
The "Alarm Monitoring" dashlet provides a quick overview of which locations in your Rhombus Console have monitoring armed or disarmed and which require additional setup.
Access Controlled Doors
The "Access Controlled Doors" dashlet displays all access-controlled doors in your Rhombus Console and allows you to remotely unlock them or change their default lock state.
Access Controlled Entries
The "Access Controlled Entries" dashlet provides a quick overview of recent entries through access-controlled doors, including the door name, who entered, the credential used, and the date and time of entry.
