Device Map
The Device Map provides a visual representation of your device placement across your organization's locations and is determined by your pre-programmed floor plans. For more details on floor plans see our article on Using Floor Plans.
1. Navigate to the "Investigations" tab. By default, the "Device Map" tab will be selected.
2. Select a location to see a display of Rhombus devices registered to the location based on their device placement.
On this page, you can select an individual device by from the menu on the left-hand side. The timeline below the device map displays events for all devices at the selected location. Additionally, if you hover over the device on the floor plan, you will see a thumbnail of that camera's Field of View (FoV).
Footage
The Footage tab within Investigations allow you to view footage from multiple devices simultaneously.
1. Navigate to the "Investigations" tab and select "Footage" along the top navigation bar.
2. Using the dropdown menu in the upper-left corner, select multiple devices to view footage from them simultaneously.
Note: The timeline below the camera viewer displays events for all selected devices. Using this timeline, you can navigate to a specific date and time, and create clips across all selected cameras at once.
