Save a Video Clip
Notes:
- The length of a clip is limited to one hour. The longer the clip, the longer it will take to create. If you need to create a clip that is longer than one hour, please contact support.
- Saving clips requires the footage to be uploaded from the camera to the server. If bandwidth is too low, this can cause clip generation to be delayed heavily or prevent clip completion.
Web Console
| 1. Navigate to the "Devices" tab and select the camera from which you want to save a clip. |

| 2. Click on the blue scissors below the video feed. |
|
|
| 3. Select the date and time range for which you wish to save footage and click "Save Clip." |
|
|
|
4. Name the clip, provide an optional clip description, and click "Save." |
|
|
| 5. Navigate to the "Saved Video" tab and select "Clips" to view, delete, download, or share any saved clips that have been created. |
|
|
Mobile App
| 1. Tap the "Devices" button at the bottom of the mobile app home page, then tap "Cameras." |
|
|
| 2. Select the camera you wish to save a clip for. |
|
|
| 3. Navigate to a specific date and time using the calendar icon. |
|
|
| 4. Click the scissors icon. |
|
|
| 5. A box with a dotted blue line will appear. Hold and drag the top and bottom of the box to create the timeframe for the desired saved clip. Click "Save Clip." |

| 6. Name the clip and provide an optional description if desired. Click "Save." |
|
|
Note: When saving a clip for an R360 camera on the mobile app, the downloaded clip will default to fisheye.
Share a Video Clip
Share via Web Console
| 1. Navigate to "Saved Video" and select the "Clips" tab. |
|
|
| 2. Select the clip you wish to share and click "Share." |
|
|
| 3. Fill in the prompted fields. For an added layer of security, add an optional password and/or expiration date. |
|
|
| 4. Choose "Copy URL" or "Send URL" to share the clip. |
|
|
| 5. When sending the URL, you will be prompted to enter the destination email address or phone number. When complete, click "Send." |

|
Share via Mobile App
| 1. Tap "Menu" and select "Saved Video." |
|
|
|
2. Tap the "Saved" tab and select the clip you wish to share. |
|
|
| 3. Tap the "Share Clip" button. |
|
|
| 4. Fill in the desired fields and tap "Share." |
|
|
| 5. Manage and view your shares by selecting the "Shared Tab." |

Delete a Clip
Delete via Console
| 1. Navigate to "Saved Video" and select the "Clips" tab. |
|
|
| 2. Select the clip(s) you wish to delete and click the "Delete" button. |
|
|
| 3. Confirm the deletion by clicking the red delete button. |
|
|
Delete via Mobile App
| 1. Tap "Menu" and select "Saved Video." |
|
|
| 2. Swipe left on the clip you wish to delete and tap "Delete." |
