Device Map
If you would like a visual representation of your devices based on your floorplan & device placement across various locations, you’d need to:
1. Go to the "Investigations" tab.
2. Then, navigate to the "Device Map."
3. Once there, you can click on the location and see a display of Rhombus devices associated with the location based on their device placement. See the image below for example:
Within this space, you can click on an individual device by selecting from the left-side menu. You can also use the shared timeline at the bottom of the page to view events for all selected devices and jump to a specific date & time. Additionally, if you hover over the device on the floor plan, you will see a thumbnail of that camera's Field of View (FOV).
Footage
Within our investigations tab, we allow users to view footage from multiple cameras simultaneously.
1. First navigate to the "Investigations" tab.
2. Then, select "Footage" on the top left side of the screen.
3. From there, a drop-down menu stating "Select Cameras" will appear.
4. Now you can choose the cameras you'd like to search for footage on.
Note: You can also use the shared timeline at the bottom of the page to view events for all selected devices, jump to a specific date and time, and create clips across all selected cameras at once.
