Overview

The Snapshot feature allows you to capture and download a single frame from a camera's live or recorded video. Snapshots are saved as PNG images and include the camera name, date, time, and time zone in the filename for easy identification. This article explains how to take and download a snapshot from the Rhombus Web Console.

Take a Snapshot

1. Log in to the Rhombus Console, navigate to the "Devices" page and select a device.

2. Hover over the ellipsis menu in the upper-right corner of the video player, then click the icon. A snapshot of the current video frame will be downloaded to your computer.
