RMA Submission Process
Before proceeding with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request, please be advised that our support team may request or verify certain troubleshooting steps have been taken to address the reported issue. Warranty Period
Rhombus cameras come with a standard 10 year warranty.
*The R1 comes with a 2 year standard warranty.
Rhombus sensors come with a standard 2 year warranty.

Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your Rhombus purchase, you may return it for a full refund as long as you meet the following criteria:
- The product is still in new condition and not damaged in any way.
- All products being returned are shipped back to Rhombus.
- You submit a refund request within 60 days of purchase.
To initiate a refund request, please contact your sales representative or partner that sold you the product.
