Enable a Timelapse
You may create a timelapse for up to a 1 year period during which a camera was online and has the timelapse feature enabled, even if the camera no longer has video footage of the event. This can include up to 12 cameras simultaneously.
Note: Timelapse is a feature that needs to be enabled using an Enterprise License. Footage cannot be retroactively retrieved from before the timelapse feature is toggled on.
1. Navigate to "Settings" and select "Manage" for Licenses & Features. |

2. Click "Manage" for the camera you wish to enable Timelapse for. |

3. Toggle on the "Timelapse" feature and click "Save." |

Creating a Timelapse
1. Under "Settings," ensure the "Timelapse" feature is toggled on through the device's enterprise license.
2. Click on "Saved Video", then select the "Timelapses" tab.
3. Select "Create Timelapse". A window will pop up where you can begin to fill in your selections.
4. From the available list, select the camera(s) for which you wish to create a timelapse. A blue checkmark indicates the camera has been selected. You may select up to 12 cameras. Click "Next." |

5. Fill in the timestamps for the timelapse, select the clip length, select options for including or skipping nights and weekends. If you would like to, include the camera name, location, and timestamp on the created timelapse clip by checking the boxes. Click "Create" when all options have been selected. Please Note: This process can take up to several minutes. |

6. Once the timelapse has been created, it will show in the "Timelapses" tab of the "Saved Video" section.
Here, you can select a timelapse and click "Share" if you would like to share the timelapse, or you can "Delete" the timelapse.
7. If you wish, you may also download the Timelapse.
Optional Toggles
Below you can find the meanings of the optional toggles that can be selected while creating a timelapse video.
Skip Nights
This toggle determines night using a library that estimates the sunset to sunrise hours for a particular day. Roughly, this will come out to your local sunset/sunrise times.
Skip Weekends
This toggle will allow you to skip 12 AM Saturday to 12 AM Monday.
Include Camera Name and Location
This toggle will append the camera name and location to the timelapse video.
Include Timestamp
This toggle will append the timestamp around the timelapse capture to the video.
