Access Card Specs
When picking a badge printer, it is important to ensure that they are compatible with the access card specs, as shown below.
Dimensions: H:85.6mm (3.37in) x W:54mm (2.125in) x T:0.84mm (0.033in)
Material: PVC
Surface Finish: Gloss
Recommended Printer Models
Badge Printing in Console
1. Navigate to "Settings" and select "Access Control Credentials." |
2. Select the "Badge Printing" tab. |
Create a Template
1. Click "Create Template" to create a badge template that can be edited and printed. Give the template a name. Choose the side of the badge, and the printing orientation. |
2. "Add Elements" to add any additional elements to the badge template. Remove an element by clicking the "X" on the right-hand side. Click "Save" when finished editing the template. |
3. Click "Fill User" then select a user from the dropdown menu to fill into the template. |
4. Select "Print" when ready to print a specific user badge. |
Print Badges
1. Select "Print Badges." |
2. Select the Front and Back template to use and select "Next." |
3. Select a user(s) and then click "Next." |
4. Verify user(s) information and click "Next." |
5. Click "Print." |
6. When done printing, click "Done" to leave the page. |
