Overview
Occupancy Counting enables you to track human traffic in key business areas. This feature helps optimize business operations, maintain a secure environment, and identify traffic trends.
Occupancy Counting works by detecting people within the camera's field of view (FoV). When the number of detected people meets or exceeds the configured occupancy threshold, the camera generates an alert. For example, if the threshold is set to 10 people, an alert is triggered only when 10 or more people are visible within the same frame at the same time.
Setup
Any camera equipped to detect human movement can be utilized for Occupancy Counting.
