Resetting a Password via Rhombus Console
The following process can be completed only if you can log into the console. If you are unable to log into your Rhombus Console, proceed to the next section or contact your Rhombus administrator for further assistance.
1. Navigate to "Settings," select "User Management," and then click the desired user's name. |
2. You will have the option to "Reset Password" for that account. |
3. After selecting "Reset password," proceed past the security check and an email will be sent to that user to complete the password reset. |
Resetting a Password at the Login Prompt
You can also reset your password using a browser from the console login prompt.
1. Go to the login prompt and type in your email.
2. After selecting "Next," you will be taken to a screen with a "Forgot Password" link on the lower left.
3. Select the "Forgot Password" link, and an email will be sent to reset your password.
NOTE: You can also go directly to this URL and type in your email, and an email will be sent to reset your password.
