Overview

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the Rhombus Console login page. This article explains how to initiate the reset process.

Reset Your Password at the Login Prompt

1. Navigate to the Rhombus Console sign-in page, enter your email address, then click "Continue."

2. Click "Forgot password" below the sign-in options.

3. On the following page, click "Submit" to have a password reset email sent to your email address.

Note: Alternatively, click this link, enter your email address, then submit the request to receive a password reset email.
