How to reset a password via Rhombus Console
After logging into the Rhombus Console go to the Settings > User Management > Your User Name.
Then you should see the 'Reset Password' option in the password section highlighted in blue.
After pressing the 'Reset Password' password option. Please check the box to proceed past the security check. Then a password reset email is sent to your email account.
Reset at the login prompt
You can also reset your password from the console login prompt using a browser.
Either go to the login prompt and type in your email. After selecting "Next" you can select the "Forgot Password" link in the lower left.
Or go directly to this URL and type in your email to reset your password.
Request a password reset via a Support Ticket
