Pause/Snooze Notifications
There are several pathways from which you can pause or snooze notifications.
Alerts
1. Select the "Alerts" icon and then click the "Pause/Snooze" option underneath a specific alert type you wish to pause. |

2. Select the options for how you would like to Pause/Snooze the alert and then click "Confirm." |
|
Locations
1. To pause alerts for an entire location(s), click on the "Locations" tab, select the locations you wish to pause alerts for and then select "Pause Alerts." |
|
2. Select the timeframe you would like alerts paused. Note: Pausing alerts at a location level will affect the entire organization. |

Devices
1. Navigate to the "Devices Tab" and select the device(s) you wish to pause alerts for. Then select "Pause Alerts." |
|

Specific Users
1. Navigate to "Settings" and select "Manage" for the Notifications section. |
|
2. Select the User you wish to Snooze Notifications for. |
|
3. Click "Snooze Notifications" in the upper right hand corner. |
|
4. Select the timeframe for the snoozed alerts and click "Confirm." |
