Overview
When a camera experiences a recording error, a support ticket is automatically generated so long as a technical contact has been set up for your company. The technical contact should be someone in your organization who can handle support tickets and troubleshoot devices as they will be cc'd on all automatically generated tickets.
Add a Technical Contact
1. In the Rhombus console, navigate to "Settings" and click "Account." |

2. Under "Account Settings," click the dropdown menu below "Account Technical Contact(s)" and select the users to be your company's technical contact(s). Click "Save" in the upper-right corner when finished. |
