Unregistered
Below are diagrams for our cameras, sensors, readers and audio gateway. All Rhombus currently come unregistered. Register Rhombus devices via the Rhombus app or the Rhombus console QR code.
Note: The Rhombus A100 has the same LED status as the R120/R170/R200.

Rhombus Readers
Below is a table for the Rhombus Readers (DR40 & DR20). This table relates to when the device has not been registered to the Rhombus client account. Please note the LED light is on the front center of the device and will be in the shape of a circle.

Troubleshooting:
- No ACU Error - Please check the physical connection of the reader to the DC20
- No Network - Please check the network connection for the DC20/DR40 and on-site network
- No Cloud Access - Please check the ports' rules and reach out to Rhombus support
- Rhombus Error - Please reach out to Rhombus support
Registered
Below are diagrams for our cameras, sensors, and audio gateway. Once the camera is registered, you can see the device in the Rhombus console and adjust the settings for the device.

SD Card Related Lights
If both IR LED's are ON, the Rhombus SD card cannot be found and support should be contacted. If both IR LED's are on and the IR filter is clicking, the Rhombus SD card is not set up properly and support should be contacted.

Troubleshooting
Below is a list of steps to take if you the cameras are not ping-able.
- Unplug the device and plug it back in.
- Check all cables, ports, and switches
- Check your network to see if the required ports are opened
- Check to see if you have the most up-to-date browser or mobile app
- Open a support ticket with Rhombus
