Below is the LED status meaning for Rhombus cameras and audio gateway for unregistered or registered devices.
Unregistered
Below are diagrams for our cameras, sensors, and audio gateway. All Rhombus currently come unregistered. Register Rhombus devices via the Rhombus app or the Rhombus console QR code.
Note: The Rhombus A100 has the same LED status as the R120/R170/R200.

Registered

SD Card Related Lights
If both IR LED's are ON, the Rhombus SD card cannot be found and support should be contacted. If both IR LED's are on and the IR filter is clicking, the Rhombus SD card is not setup properly and support should be contacted.
Troubleshooting
Below is a list of steps to take if you the cameras are not pingable.
- Unplug the device and plug it back in.
- Check all cables, ports, and switches
- Check your network to see if the required ports are opened
- Check to see if you have the most up-to-date browser or mobile app
- Open a support ticket with Rhombus
