Overview
Secure Raw Streaming allows live video from a Rhombus camera to be securely streamed over the local network to compatible third-party systems. Rhombus does not support RTSP; instead, Secure Raw Streaming uses H.264 over HTTPS. This article explains how Secure Raw Streaming works and how to create, share, delete, and use a Secure Raw Stream.
Note: Secure Raw Streaming can only be used while accessing cameras on the same Local Area Network (LAN).
Secure Raw Stream Details
Secure Raw Streams can be integrated with compatible VMS, NVR, or DVR systems for live viewing and, depending on the capabilities and configuration of the third-party system, recording and playback.
Rhombus recommends using a VLAN with a DHCP IP reservation to prevent the camera's IP address from changing after a disconnection or reboot. A static IP address can also be used.
Note: Secure Raw Streams do not include AI analytics, timestamps, or event markers. R360 cameras can only stream in Fisheye view.

Create a Secure Raw Stream
| 1. Navigate to the "Devices" tab, then select a camera. |

| 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click "More Details," then click "Secure Raw Streams" in the bottom-left corner of the page. |

3. Click "Create," enter a name for the Secure Raw Stream, then click "Create" again. Note: After creating a Secure Raw Stream, click "Copy Link" to share the stream at the camera's current resolution or "Copy Low Res Link" to share it at 640p resolution. To remove the stream and revoke access to it, click "Delete Stream." |
