Microsoft Prerequisites
To use this integration, you must have access to Microsoft Graph. Access can be acquired by purchasing Business, Enterprise, or Education plans of Office 365.
This integration was formerly known as OneDrive.
Note: The Personal/Family subscription does not work with this integration.
Rhombus Console Setup
1. Navigate to "Settings," and select "Third Party Integrations."
2. Click the "Storage Management" dropdown, and select "Office 365."
3. Toggle on the switch to enable Office 365.
Note: The "Tenant ID" field will populate automatically at a later step.
4. Click "Manage," and log in to your Microsoft account.
5. Select the account you want to use.
Note: You must be an admin of this account to continue.
6. Your Tenet ID will now be populated, and newly saved clips will be pushed to your OneDrive.
OneDrive Use
Once the integration setup is complete, a folder will appear within OneDrive labeled "Rhombus-SavedClips." All newly saved clips will be pushed to this folder. The folder will not retroactively push clips made prior to the integration setup.
