Diagnostic Meanings
If there are issues registering, the SD Card section can help determine if there is an issue with the SD card. The numbers represent each partition, and the letter represents what state that partition is in.
- e - Partition exists.
- m - Partition is mounted.
Troubleshooting Bluetooth
- Check for LED lights to make sure the camera is on.
- Blinking blue means that the camera is in Bluetooth mode.
- Be within 20 feet of the device.
- Turn the phone's Bluetooth on and off.
- Restart the app.
- Unpair other Bluetooth devices from your phone.
- If the SD Card section of the diagnostic is missing an "e", the partition doesn't exist. If an "m" is missing, it isn't mounted.
- Force reboot the camera.
- Unplug from power, reinsert SD card (if the camera model permits) and re-power.
- Contact Support for further assistance. SD card may need to be reformatted.
