Setup and Registration
1. To register the T1, turn the sensor over and press the black dot after the word "contains." This will put the sensor in registration mode. A green dot will begin pulsing to indicate the sensor is ready to be registered (as seen below). The sensor will remain in registration mode for 2 minutes before returning to sleep.
2. Open the Rhombus mobile app, tap "Menu" in the bottom right corner, then tap "Register Devices."
3. Tap "All Sensors," and select the location you'd like the device to be registered under.
4. Tap the sensors you'd like to register, then tap "Next."
Unregistering
Sensors can only be unregistered from the mobile app. You must be logged into the organization of the sensor(s) you want to unregister.
Note: To unregister a sensor, a BLE-compatible device must be connected to the network and be within range of the sensor. Sensors must be unregistered before the Rhombus gateway device is unregistered.
1. Open the Rhombus mobile app, tap "Menu" in the bottom right corner, then tap "Utilities."
2. Tap "Unregister Sensors."
3. Select the sensor(s) you want to unregister and complete the flow.
