Resetting a Password via Rhombus Console
The following process can be completed only if you can log into the console. If you are unable to log into your Rhombus Console, proceed to the next section or contact your Rhombus administrator for further assistance.
1. Navigate to "Settings," and select "Manage Users." |

2. Select a user whose password you wish to reset. |
3. Click "Reset password." After completing a captcha test, this button will sent a password reset email to the selected user's email address. |

Resetting a Password at the Login Prompt
You can also reset your password using a browser from the console login prompt.
1. Navigate to the Rhombus Console login page and enter in your email address. |
2. After selecting "Next," you will be taken to a screen with a "Forgot Password" link on the lower left. |
3. Click "Forgot Password," and a password reset email will be sent to the entered email address. |

Note: Alternatively, click this link and type in your email address, and an email will be sent to reset your password.
