When you purchased a base Rhombus Enterprise license, it will come with some AI and Storage features:
- People (Facial Recognition, People Counting)
- Vehicles (License Plate Recognition, Vehicle Counting)
- Personal Protective Equipment (Mask Detection, Helmet Detection)
- Unusual Behavior
- Cloud Archiving (30 days)
These camera features are not enabled by default when the cameras are registered. When you setup your account, you will need to manually select which cameras get certain camera licenses. Camera licenses need to be pre-loaded into your account by your administrator to create an available pool of licenses to be administered. If you purchased through a reseller, they can create the licenses for you.
First, you will need to check if you have licenses in the account by navigating to Settings -> Licenses.
Here, you should see all of the cameras along with corresponding licenses. Click the "Manage" link to view and edit the licenses for a particular camera.
*Note, if there are feature licenses missing from the account, please reach out to your sales contact or support to resolve that issue.
For each camera in the list, click on the 'Manage' link, and a popup window will appear showing the available licenses that can be assigned to that camera. Click the toggles switches for each license that you want to apply and click "Save".
Once the license has been assigned, it takes just a few minutes for the camera to be configured with that license.
Please keep in mind that if you Un-assign a Cloud Archiving license, then all stored footage for that camera will be lost.
