This article will explain what the different LED light indicators on the camera mean and how you can use them to debug.
R1//R2//R2-180
Registration:
- Blinking Blue : Camera waiting to be registered or internet connectivity
- Click Sound: Registration QR code detected by the camera
- Blinking Green: Registration in progress
- Red IR LEDs Blinking 4 times: Failed to connect to WiFi
- Slow Blinking Red IR LEDs: Registration failure - Retry in progress
Operational:
- Solid Blue: Camera registered and operating normally
- Blinking Blue : Camera waiting to be registered
- 2 Blue [Pause] 2 Blue [Repeat]: Camera does not have Internet connectivity
- 1 Blue [Pause] 1 Green [Repeat]: Connected to Internet and trying to connect to Rhombus
Wi-Fi Change:
- Red IR LEDs Blinking 3 times: WiFi Change Settings applied
Errors:
- IR LED's ON:Rhombus SD card not found (contact support)
- IR LED's ON + Blinking Blue / Green: Rhombus SD card not setup properly (contact support)
R100//R120//R200
Registration:
- Blinking Green : Camera waiting to be registered or internet connectivity
- Click Sound: Registration QR code detected by the camera
- Slow Blinking Red IR LEDs: Registration failure - Retry in progress
Operational:
- Solid Green: Camera registered and operating normally
- Blinking Red : Camera waiting to be registered
- 2 Red [Pause] 2 Red [Repeat]: Camera does not have Internet connectivity
- 1 Red [Pause] 1 Green [Repeat]: Connected to Internet and trying to connect to Rhombus
Errors:
- IR LED's ON: Rhombus SD card not found (contact support)
- IR LED's ON + IR Filter Clicking: Rhombus SD card not setup properly (contact support)
R360
The lights for the R360 are located near the cable dongle and should always be up
- Amber: Camera is getting power
- Green : Camera is getting data
R400//R500//R510
Registration:
- Blinking Amber : Camera waiting to be registered or internet connectivity
- Click Sound: Registration QR code detected by the camera
- Slow Blinking Red IR LEDs: Registration failure - Retry in progress
Operational:
- Solid Amber: Camera registered and operating normally
- Blinking Amber : Camera waiting to be registered
- 2 Amber [Pause] 2 Amber [Repeat]: Camera does not have Internet connectivity
- Slow Amber Blink: Connected to Internet and trying to connect to Rhombus
Errors:
- IR LED's ON:Rhombus SD card not found (contact support)
- IR LED's ON + IR Filter Clicking: Rhombus SD card not setup properly (contact support)
