What is the technical contact?
Rhombus is proactive during the support and troubleshooting process. During this time a technical contact automatically CC'ed on the email. The technical contact is an individual in your organization that can handle being on automatic support tickets generated for your devices. We recommend that you choose an individual or multiple individuals who are able to physically troubleshoot the devices on-site.
How to set up a technical contact?
To find where to add/edit technical contacts follow the path below:
Rhombus Console > Settings > Account
Once you are in the account section you can add/edit the contacts in the 'Account Technical Contact(s)' section. You can also add multiple by clicking the blue drop-down arrow and then selecting the desired email. See the picture below.
